More importantly, they have delivered under those frameworks inside Federal Government: business cases that survived scrutiny, stage gates that meant something, and reporting that executives could act on rather than file.

We fit the framework to the program, not the other way around. A platform migration, a security uplift and a software build each need a different rhythm of planning, assurance and release. What stays constant is disciplined scope, honest status and a schedule that reflects reality.

A project management office should be the machinery that keeps a portfolio honest: consistent delivery standards, a single view of risk and dependency, and reporting lines that surface problems while they are still cheap. We establish new PMOs and uplift existing ones, from templates and tooling through to governance charters and executive dashboards.

Because we also deliver programs ourselves, the PMOs we build are practitioners' PMOs. Artefacts exist because they de-risk delivery, not because a manual said so.
